- Direct Bookings: Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Bookings: If you book through a platform (e.g., Vrbo), refer to that platform’s cancellation and refund policies as they may differ.
No refunds are issued for early departures, no-shows, or inclement weather.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Respect the maximum occupancy, house rules, and quiet hours.
- No parties, events, or unauthorized guests.
- Report any damage immediately. You may be held financially responsible for any damages or extra cleaning.
- No smoking inside any property. Smoking outdoors is allowed only in designated areas.
- Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly properties, with prior approval and any applicable pet fees.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in eviction without refund.
