Great 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 2nd floor condo on 30A with 5 beach access within 1 mile including Topsail Preserve State Park. Topsail Village is conveniently located on the quieter West end of 30-A and has the bike path running in front of the development and a community pool. This well equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is located a short walk from Dune Allen Beach and Top Sail Preserve. Enjoy the community pool or spend your day on the Emerald Coast full of trips to Baytowne Adventure Zone, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. This condo is located on the famous 30A highway and is a great place to kick your feet up on your private balcony or enjoy a movie night in on the Smart TV. All linens including blankets and comforters are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. Snorkelers will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef opened in 2017. It is located 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access and has 4 snorkeling reefs comprising of 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy! OMG - maybe I should just give a 1 star rating in the hopes this unit will be available for me anytime. However!!! I have to admit, is in the perfect location for myself and my parents! Close enough on the beach, but far enough from all the partying. I walked to the beach every morning to the public beach access (roughly about a mile), then did my 4 miles on the beach before walking that mile-ish back to the condo. We pretty much went to the state park every day. Packed up the truck, paid our $6 at the park and loaded our beach gear into the “tram” and they dropped us off close to the beach. Only a short walk and you were flabbergasted by the turquoise water and white sugary sand. So relaxing!!! Waves were perfect, even saw dolphins and had some smaller sharks swim by. Had such a great time!! Of course I did my thing walking up and down the beach picking up trash but that’s besides the point. Condo is in a perfect location, even the pool is maybe 100ft or so away? I’d go back in a heartbeat! The condo is nicely furnished, beds were comfy, condo was clean and had a few days worth of essentials. Neighbor was nice too! Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to whatever your heart desires. Communication with host was excellent! I will be back for sure!! Gorgeous sunset at the beach as well!! PS: As my parents went through the security checkpoint at the ATL airport…. The little bit of sand they had in their carry on luggage was tested for cocaine… 😂 needless to say it only tested positive for a wonderful time! ❤️ Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories! ❤️
The unit we stayed in was quiet, yet convenient to the beach as well as shopping and restaurant options in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach. We could not have been more pleased.
The condo came as described and we had an amazing week! Perfect location with lots of public beach access with hardly any traffic. We would stay here again!!!
